Mailbox Importer is not archiving documents after moving the Mailbox Importer service to a new workstationThe Trace Viewer tab in Diagnostics Console had the error:Failed to get the mailbox info for account 'Invoice Approval'. Reason: 'Login error-ERR error. The system was unable to log EmailAddress@Domain.com inResolution
This was due to the password entered for the email account being incorrect. Once we entered the correct password in Configuration > Import > Mailbox Importer > Accounts > Settings > Modify Mail Account the service worked as expected.
