New users unable to log into client
Description
OnBase is being rolled out to a new department. The Thick Client was installed on workstations and the appropriate Active Directory group was added to their user IDs. When trying to log into OnBase Client, three are getting the error message "Unable to access onbase32.ini."Resolution
After logging in as an admin on a problematic workstation, this recreated the INI file. When logging back into the machine as the regular user, OnBase was accessible.
