User accounts are getting locked in OnBase
Description
Periodically getting reports of user's OnBase accounts getting locked. These accounts are mainly used with an API integration, but every now and then the integration fails due to the account being locked. Would like to know what is locking these accounts.Resolution
An OnBase password policy (Config > Users > Password Policies) is configured to lock idle accounts which haven't logged in for 180 days. A Transaction Log Report for the most recent user that was locked (Client > Admin > Transaction Logs > Create Report > Security > Log in) showed the user hadn't logged in for over a year.
