Clearing Scheduled task errors using Hyland Unity Management Console

- Open the Hyland Unity Management Console
- Select "Add" and click on "Task Scheduler"
- Confirm that the Application Server URL and Data Source selections are correct and enter the Application server Username and password.
- Click on "Tasks" under "Task Scheduler"
- Locate the Task that has a Status of "Error"
- Select (left click) the task. 
- The option to clear the error status will be available under the "Selection" section on the right of the Console.
- Select this and the task will be relaunched.
