iPhone and iPad devices can no longer attach files to a Unity form after upgrading to iOS 12.4

Description

This issue is affecting iPad and iPhone and not Android devices. Any Apple device that hasn't upgraded to 12.4 is unaffected.

On a Unity form files or photos are attached before submission. With iOS 12.4, the user chooses a photo and when taken back to the form, the attachment button is yellow but no attachment is listed under it and they're not able to submit the form.

No error is reported on the Mobile Broker or AppServer.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved as of OnBase 18.0.1.67 under SCR#322090

This fix was a server side change and no change was made to the OnBase Mobile App. The Application Server and Mobile Broker Server will need to be updated to implement this fix
