Emails imported via Mailbox Importer will not open natively in the Unity Client
Resolution
There is currently no way to view .eml or .msg files natively in the Unity or Web Clients. This functionality has been requested with SCR# 204684 and was completed for OnBase 17.
The resolution used in the case was to use the 'Store Email as Plain Text' option in the following location:
Config | Import | Mailbox Importer | Rules | <rule> | Action | Store Email as Plain Text
Once this is selected, new emails will be stored as plain text, which can be viewed natively in the Unity and Web Clients.
